Title: Sr. Guidewire Business Analyst (BillingCenter)

Duration: 6 12 month contract

Must Have: Billing Center experience

The Guidewire BillingCenter Business Analyst is responsible for translating business needs into functional requirements that support policy administration processes. This role partners with underwriting, product, and IT teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and support configuration and integration efforts within Guidewire BillingCenter The analyst ensures system solutions align with business objectives, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for BillingCenter enhancements.
Work with stakeholders to define billing workflows, product rules, rating logic, and user interface needs.
Support Guidewire configuration, integration mapping, and testing activities.
Create functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect triage.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Assist with release planning, product builds, and production validation.

Required Skills

7 + years of experience!!!
Experience with Guidewire BillingCenter
Strong understanding of P&C insurance products and policy administration.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing user stories.
Ability to partner with both technical and business teams.
Solid analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills.
