Senior NetSuite Technical Consultant / NetSuite Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Technical Consultant with 6-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, integrations, and NetSuite customization, along with hands-on experience supporting Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Order Management modules.

The candidate will be responsible for leading NetSuite implementations, developing custom solutions, integrating third-party systems, and providing technical leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Development & Customization

Design, develop, and customize NetSuite ERP solutions using:
- SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.0
- SuiteFlow
- SuiteTalk
- Saved Searches
- Custom Records
- Workflows
Develop scalable and reusable NetSuite customizations to meet business requirements.
Optimize existing NetSuite solutions for performance and maintainability.

NetSuite Implementation & Enhancements

Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, enhancements, upgrades, and rollouts.
Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Support NetSuite version upgrades and platform enhancements.

Integration Development

Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and external systems including:
- CRM Applications
- Banking Systems
- Payment Gateways
- Reporting Platforms
- Third-Party Business Applications
Develop and maintain API-based integrations using SuiteTalk and web services.

Business & Technical Collaboration

Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project teams to gather requirements.
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
Ensure adherence to NetSuite development standards and governance processes.

Production Support & Optimization

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to:
- Finance Modules
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Order Management
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Documentation & Release Management

Prepare:
- Technical Design Documents
- Solution Architecture Documents
- Deployment Plans
- Integration Specifications
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production releases, and post-go-live activities.
