Content Strategist

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Knowledge management experience with an understanding of responsive design

Understanding of Information Architecture on web and mobile experiences

Excel proficiency with a focus on content management and working knowledge of Figma, Jira and Confluence

UX writing experience and exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills

Bachelor s degree

Portfolio that demonstrates a range of digital experiences and UX writing

Good to have background or strong interest in banking or financial operations

Roles & Responsibilities

Work directly and collaboratively with your Design team and business partners to develop and produce effective end-to-end customer experiences across all digital channels

Understand customer goals, business requirements, technical constraints, and be able to work in hyper manual systems

Create content that upholds the organization s tone of voice

Simplify the customer experience through succinct and thoughtful microcopy

Deliver legal and ADA compliant copy decks based on established style guides

Support, develop and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders

Manage multiple deadlines on numerous concurrent jobs
