Helpdesk Analyst
Primary Location: Nashville, Tennessee
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Helpdesk Analyst for our premier client in Nashville, Tennessee.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Deliver, install, and configure computers
- Prepare workstations, peripherals, and software for deployment
- Maintain accurate records of equipment deployment and status
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely
WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, push, and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during deployments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
- Prior experience in IT deployment, hardware installation, or similar role preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
