Job Title: AI Factory Builder / GenAI Engineer
Duration: 6–12 Months (Extendable)
About the Role
Our client’s AI Factory is seeking highly execution-oriented builders to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows that scale across consulting delivery.
This role is ideal for hands-on engineers who enjoy breaking down real-world business workflows, identifying opportunities for automation, and rapidly building AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable impact.
The successful candidate will operate in fast-moving environments with ambiguous requirements and will be responsible for shipping working artifacts rather than producing theoretical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and workflow automation solutions.
• Translate complex consulting workflows into AI-enabled automation opportunities.
• Develop and implement LLM-based applications and AI agents using modern GenAI frameworks.
• Build prototypes quickly and iterate based on user feedback and adoption metrics.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with product leaders, consultants, and engineering teams to deliver practical AI solutions.
• Continuously experiment with emerging AI tooling and frameworks to improve delivery efficiency.
• Deploy production-ready AI applications that drive measurable productivity gains across consulting teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong programming experience in Python for building AI applications and backend services.
• Hands-on experience developing Generative AI / LLM-based applications.
• Experience working with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.
• Experience building AI agents, copilots, automation workflows, or AI-powered tools.
• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures and prompt engineering.
• Experience integrating AI models via APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or other LLM providers).
• Ability to rapidly prototype and deploy solutions using tools like FastAPI, Flask, Streamlit, or similar frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying production-ready AI solutions
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building AI automation tools for enterprise workflows.
• Familiarity with Claude / Markdown-based development environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
• Experience building AI copilots, research assistants, or workflow automation agents.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories.
• Background in consulting, product development, or startup environments.
