Summary
Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Operations, IT, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership to plan, execute, and deliver strategic projects while improving processes and organizational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management, process improvement, or related experience.
- Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience driving projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Preferred
- PMP or other Project Management certification.
- Experience with operational improvement and business transformation initiatives.
- Background in process mapping, workflow design, and continuous improvement programs.
- Experience in highly regulated or enterprise-scale organizations.
This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity with potential for hire with our MN client. Low-cost employee benefits, paid time off, paid Holidays, and a 401(k) (with an immediately vested company match) are available with TriCom during the contract period.
