Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday

- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ year of assembly experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test, and inspect products using engineering drawings and test procedures.
- Work with electrical and mechanical equipment during assembly operations.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble units that do not pass testing.
- Maintain assembly tools, equipment, and workstations.
- Move materials using hand carts, cranes, or by hand as needed.
- Support daily 5S cleaning and workplace organization activities.
- Assist team members with production and quality improvement solutions.
- Follow all workplace safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
