Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing Consultant with strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing modules. The consultant will work with business stakeholders to support manufacturing operations, troubleshoot production issues, and implement enhancements and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise and support for Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing.
• Analyze manufacturing business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Configure and support Bills of Material (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Inventory, and MRP/Planning modules.
• Support end-to-end manufacturing processes including discrete manufacturing, production planning, work order processing, and inventory transactions.
• Configure and troubleshoot BOM structures, routings, resources, operations, and work orders.
• Support WIP job creation, material issues, completions, backflush, and shop-floor transactions.
• Work with planning teams on MRP/ASCP planning, supply/demand, and exception messages.
• Troubleshoot production, inventory, costing, and manufacturing-related issues.
• Gather requirements and prepare functional design/specification documents.
• Work with technical teams on reports, interfaces, extensions, and customizations.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide solutions for recurring manufacturing issues.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and other Oracle functional teams.
• Prepare user documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Manufacturing.
• Expertise in BOM, WIP, Inventory, and MRP/Planning.
• Strong understanding of Discrete Manufacturing processes.
• Experience with work orders, routings, resources, operations, material transactions, and completions.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 configurations and functional setups.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
• Experience working with technical teams on interfaces, reports, customizations, and integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production and manufacturing issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).
• Knowledge of Oracle Cost Management.
• Experience with Quality, Engineering, iProcurement, or Order Management.
• Experience with Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, or production support.
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
