Summary

Our client is seeking a detail-driven Compliance Analyst to join their Business Conduct and Compliance team. This role will focus heavily on global regulatory compliance initiatives, primarily third-party due diligence. This position is ideal for an analytical professional with a strong background in regulatory research, risk screening, and cross-functional project management who thrives in a high-demand, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate third-party due diligence screening reports to identify potential compliance issues based on established risk criteria and regulations.

  • Support anti-corruption regulatory compliance program initiatives and drive global compliance projects.

  • Conduct comprehensive research on regulatory matters and compliance frameworks.

  • Analyze complex data sets utilizing advanced Excel and Tableau skills to track metrics and report outcomes.

  • Work independently on standalone projects while effectively balancing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Collaborate closely with diverse, cross-functional global teams, defining attainable measures of success and problem-solving in high-demand situations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of related professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Proven track record in reviewing third-party due diligence screening reports and applying risk-based evaluation criteria.

  • Experience working on anti-corruption or general regulatory compliance program initiatives.

  • Strong background in investigative or regulatory research.

  • Above-average technical proficiency in Excel and Tableau.

  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with compliance systems, databases, and internal documentation tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage several competing projects simultaneously while working autonomously or as part of a global team.

Location: Hybrid – Cupertino, CA

Duration: 6-Month Contract (with potential extension)

Pay Range: $30.00 – $45.00 / hour (DOE)
