Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in Equipment Finance and Asset Backed Lending domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, providing domain expertise to enhance our lending processes, products, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Equipment Finance and Asset Backed Lending.
• Serve as a domain SME, providing insights on industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements.
• Assist in the design, development, and testing of new lending products and features.
• Define and communicate detailed functional specifications and user stories to technical teams.
• Support the implementation of solutions, including data analysis, reporting, and system integration.
• Keep up with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in Equipment Finance and Asset Backed Lending.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst / SME in Equipment Finance and Asset Backed Lending domain.
• Strong understanding of collateral management, loan structuring, risk assessment, and compliance.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience with lending software platforms and data tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience working with financial institutions or leasing companies.
• Familiarity with automation and digital lending solutions.
• Project management experience is advantageous
