We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a federal technology modernization initiative. This role focuses on gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to support application enhancements and legacy system modernization.

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a federal technology modernization initiative. Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis skills.
- Experience supporting software development and technical teams.
- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow assessments.
- Analyze business rules, data requirements, and system flows.
- Support application modernization and legacy system retirement.
- Federal government or VA project experience.
- Mortgage, lending, or loan servicing knowledge.
- Application modernization or legacy system experience.
