IT Operations Lead

job summary:

As our first dedicated U.S. IT hire, you will build and shape the foundational systems, processes, and day-to-day technical operations supporting our growing team. You'll serve as the primary owner for all internal IT-ensuring our team has the secure, reliable tools and support they need to succeed.

responsibilities:

Own user account provisioning, role updates, and offboarding across all core systems.

Configure, deploy, and manage laptops and hardware for new hires and ongoing team needs.

Provide fast, friendly technical support across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Maintain core IT infrastructure, cloud services, and Microsoft 365 environments for reliability and performance.

Build onboarding checklists, documentation, and baseline IT security policies to support company scaling.

qualifications:

-4+ years in IT support, systems administration, or corporate IT. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting hardware/networking. A proactive, builder mentality comfortable taking ownership in a fast-growing environment. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members. Startup experience, hybrid workforce support, or certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Okta).
