Key Responsibilities

Lead application modernization and migration initiatives using Power Platform.
Partner with Marketing, Business, Operations, and Engineering teams to understand requirements, define scope, and drive delivery.
Manage program plans, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting.
Lead change management, user adoption, communications, training, and rollout activities.
Drive business process improvements and platform adoption.

Need a strong TPM with hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Pages & Power Automate) and Change Management expertise. Must have experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Business, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders to understand business needs, define scope, and drive successful implementation.
