Requirements

4 or more years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
Proficiency in digital scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment setting.
Experience in high-volume data entry and electronic record reconciliation.
Experience with technical transcribing, proofreading, and document editing.
Experience with mailroom logistics and courier service coordination.
Experience in multi-line telecommunications and digital correspondence management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and update internal databases and electronic file systems.
Execute complex data entry and reconciliation of administrative records.
Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and digital conferences.
Manage outgoing and incoming mail logistics including USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Transcribe and edit technical memos and meeting documentation.
Oversee inventory purchasing and invoicing for office operations.
Direct high-volume call routing and professional customer correspondence.
