RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Tempe, AZ.
Essential Functions:
* Business Analyst will lead the program administration and evolution of an enterprise software application suite for a state Department
* Provide cross-domain and cross-disciplinary expertise across programs and technology solutions
* Collaborate with both business and technical teams to align activities with the agency's strategic goals
* Serve as a key contributor in a dynamic team environment to deliver high-quality solutions
* Oversee long-term planning, program delivery, team coordination, and quality assurance
* Manage an enterprise-level IT program for the Agency, aligned with customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and performance targets
* Lead a team with diverse roles and responsibilities across technical and functional areas
* As a Business Analyst, you will establish and manage long-term program goals, timelines, and milestones
* Provide current and future-state analysis to internal and external stakeholders
* Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to senior business and technical leadership
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and constraints
* Support change management initiatives to ensure goals are met

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
