Infrastructure Project Manager (100% on-site, finance/executive)

Introduction:

This role is for an Infrastructure Project Manager who will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects within the Infrastructure department. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in managing multiple Infrastructure and security projects and will work closely with the project team to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Infrastructure management to uphold project scope and objectives.
• Use Project Management best practices to guide projects with stakeholders and/or business.
• Deliver projects on budget with desired outcomes and communicate any variances.
• Articulate and solve project problems with a sense of urgency.
• Conduct weekly status reviews with the project team and provide updates.
• Maintain project governance with regular status meetings and reports.
• Screen projects for risks, issues, and financial viability.
• Work with multiple vendors to align with project deliverables and timeline.
• Perform validation on financial-related reporting and maintain project financial standards.
• Develop detailed project plans/schedules to track progress.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create, maintain, and store project documentation and records.
• Enforce the use of good project management practices with project team.
• Communicate effectively and maintain team dignity throughout the project.
• Lead project teams in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting minutes.

Educational Level:

Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree a plus. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
