Job Description:

• Provide strategic technical leadership in designing and governing enterprise-scale SAP BODS and data integration architectures, defining the target-state integration landscape across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Azure, and AWS while ensuring alignment with broader enterprise data strategy and digital transformation roadmaps.
• Lead and oversee the architecture, design, and delivery of mission-critical data migration programs including large-scale SAP S/4HANA greenfield and brownfield transformations, establishing migration frameworks, data harmonization strategies, and cutover methodologies that minimize business risk and ensure data integrity at enterprise scale.
• Drive the evolution and modernization of the data integration platform by evaluating and recommending next-generation solutions including SAP Datasphere, SAP Integration Suite, and cloud-native ETL platforms developing business cases, proof-of-concepts, and migration roadmaps that balance technical innovation with organizational readiness.
• Serve as the senior technical authority and trusted advisor to C-suite, program leadership, and cross-functional architecture boards presenting complex integration strategies, technical tradeoffs, and risk mitigation plans with clarity and executive-level influence while mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level architects across delivery teams.
• Establish and enforce enterprise-wide data integration governance frameworks encompassing data quality standards, metadata management, lineage tracking, security controls, and compliance requirements ensuring the BODS and integration platform operates within regulatory, audit, and organizational policy boundaries at scale.
