Job Title: PCB Designer

Overview:
We are seeking a talented PCB Designer with experience in high-density analog, digital, RF, and mixed-signal PCB layouts to join a dynamic team developing cutting-edge RFID, IoT devices, and electronic accessories. In this role, you will collaborate closely with circuit designers, engineers, and manufacturing teams to develop manufacturable, cost-effective PCBs that meet industry standards and customer expectations. Your expertise will directly influence the success of groundbreaking products and solutions.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in high-density PCB layout, including analog, digital, RF, and mixed-signal designs required
  • Proficiency with Siemens PADS Professional Layout and PADS Logic CAD tools
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards such as IPC, IEC, CSA, and UL for PCB design and testing
  • Experience designing multilayer PCBs with high-speed and EMI-sensitive requirements
  • Ability to generate fabrication and assembly files, Gerber data, and maintain component libraries
  • Skilled in RF layout techniques, component placement, and routing for both through-hole and surface-mount technology
  • Familiarity with RoHS, REACH, and WEEE compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a detail-oriented approach

Nice to Have Skills:

  • IPC CID certification
  • Experience with SolidWorks’ ECAD/MCAD interface, STEP, DXF, IGES files
  • Knowledge of EMI minimization techniques
  • Experience with PLM tools, especially Omnify Empower
  • Hands-on experience with PCBA bring-up, troubleshooting, and component ordering

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree in Design Drafting Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated success in designing complex, high-speed PCB projects in a professional environment
  • Past experience working closely with mechanical and electrical engineers on product packaging and thermal management
