Job Title: Sr. Workday Test Manager

Location: Chicago, IL(Day 1 onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

12+ years of IT Experience

Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

5+ years of experience in Workday ERP Testing

Strong understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials, etc.)

Proven experience managing testing teams and large-scale ERP projects

Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Workday certification(s) in relevant modules

Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies

Knowledge of data migration and integration testing strategies

Exposure to global Workday deployments
