Job Description:-

Our client is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to support catch-up HCM and Payroll transactions during a Workday implementation. This role focuses on extracting data from Lawson/Infor and preparing it for Workday loads.

Must-have experience

Strong SQL and hands-on data extraction
Lawson/Infor HCM & Payroll data structures
HR/Payroll concepts: employees, jobs, compensation, benefits
Workday EIBs and file formatting
Detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet deadlines

What you ll do

Write and maintain SQL scripts for data extraction
Create EIB-ready CSV files
Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot issues
Partner with functional/technical teams on cutover logic
