Are you a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in integration, cloud modernization, and driving AI-enabled transformation? We’re looking for a Technical / Integration Manager to lead high-performing teams, orchestrate complex integration ecosystems, and guide the modernization of our cloud and application platforms.
This role blends strategic leadership, delivery governance, vendor management, cloud modernization, AI/ML integration, and hands-on technical oversight across our enterprise technology landscape.
What You’ll Do
As our Technical / Integration Manager, you will:
Lead & Mentor Teams
- Guide developers, integration engineers, and technical leads to foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support performance management, year-end evaluations, and professional development.
Drive Delivery Excellence
- Oversee solution design, architecture, and implementation aligned with enterprise standards.
- Ensure quality delivery across applications, APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, monitoring, AR/DR, and security.
- Govern Agile execution, scope, timelines, risk, and technical decision-making.
Vendor & Stakeholder Leadership
- Select, coordinate, and manage external solution and cloud vendors.
- Establish and enforce SLAs, KPIs, performance dashboards, and ongoing vendor accountability.
- Communicate progress and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including architecture/governance boards.
Modernize & Innovate
- Lead cloud migration, cloud-native integration, API enablement, and modernization initiatives.
- Oversee system and platform migrations, ensuring operational continuity and AR/DR readiness.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, run POCs, and guide adoption of intelligent automation, AI/ML-based integrations, predictive monitoring, and AI-driven insights.
Technical Oversight
- Act as an escalation point for complex design, integration, and operational challenges.
- Oversee operations of multiple integration platforms—cloud and on-prem—including monitoring, observability tools, and alerting systems.
- Champion cloud-ready and AI-ready integration standards, security controls, governance, and vendor SLA compliance.
What You Bring
- 15+ years of IT experience across integration, middleware, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.
- 12+ years leading teams in technical delivery, modernization, Agile environments, and vendor management.
- Expertise in SDLC, integration patterns, cloud platforms, API management, monitoring, security, and AR/DR practices.
- Hands-on knowledge of platforms like IBM IIB, Boomi, MuleSoft, Kong, MQ/ESB, Kafka, Azure API Management, and cloud-native tooling.
- Strong technical foundation in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, JMS, and serverless/cloud SDKs.
- Proficiency with data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, YAML, EDI) and databases (DB2, Oracle, cloud data services).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business leaders.
- Experience applying AI/ML, generative AI, intelligent automation, predictive monitoring, and hybrid-cloud resiliency concepts within enterprise integration.
