Job Description

• Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day PMO and analytical support across the AI portfolio, including maintaining trackers and status dashboards, following up with project teams and business leads, scheduling meetings, drafting process documents and presentations, supporting ROI reporting, and assisting with inventory reviews and first-pass legal / policy gap analysis documentation.
• Key skills: strong PMO support, Excel and PowerPoint, tracker and dashboard management, meeting coordination, documentation drafting, follow-up and action management, data analysis, attention to detail, written communication, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a structured manner.

Assisting in the development and management of project plans and timelines. Coordinating meetings and communications among team members and stakeholders. Monitoring project progress and reporting on status to ensure alignment with objectives. Supporting risk assessment and mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.

To succeed in this role you should have the following:
A bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as business or information technology. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project components effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with teams and stakeholders confidently. A basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools to assist in project execution.
