  • Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day PMO and analytical support across the AI portfolio, including maintaining trackers and status dashboards, following up with project teams and business leads, scheduling meetings, drafting process documents and presentations, supporting ROI reporting, and assisting with inventory reviews and first-pass legal / policy gap analysis documentation.
  • Key skills: strong PMO support, Excel and PowerPoint, tracker and dashboard management, meeting coordination, documentation drafting, follow-up and action management, data analysis, attention to detail, written communication, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a structured manner.

As a Junior Project Manager at Tavant Technologies, you will assist in overseeing project execution from inception to completion. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. To succeed in this role you should have the following:
A bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as business or information technology. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various project components effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with teams and stakeholders confidently. A basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools to assist in project execution.
