📍 Location: Texas (Local Candidates Only)
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Remote / 2 Days Onsite (Wednesdays & Fridays)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support a Data Engineering & AI Adoption Program. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage project execution, coordinate with business and technical stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise data initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Technical Project Management experience
- PMP Certification (Mandatory)
- Experience managing Data Engineering, Analytics, Cloud, or AI projects
- Strong experience with Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing
- Experience managing Business Intelligence, Big Data, and Analytics initiatives
- Experience with Healthcare Data (FHIR, CCDA, HL7 is a plus)
- Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, budgets, timelines, and project deliverables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet
- Strong documentation and project planning skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with AI/ML or Digital Transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of SDLC, Enterprise Architecture, and IT Processes
- Experience with Data Governance and Security
- Certifications such as PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, TOGAF, or Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) are a plus
