Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement business applications using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Pega application development, case management, workflow automation, and integration with external systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Pega Platform.

  • Develop case types, workflows, business rules, data pages, and user interfaces.

  • Configure decision rules, activities, flows, and other Pega components.

  • Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

  • Work with business analysts to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

  • Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.

  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.

  • Follow Pega development best practices and maintain application quality.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.

  • Knowledge of case management, workflow design, and business rules.

  • Experience with Pega UI, data pages, activities, and flows.

  • Understanding of REST/SOAP services and system integrations.

  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and application troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
