Summary

Role Summary
This role is a mid-level position within the wealth management operations team, focusing on supporting client account processing and client services. The specialist will handle account openings and closures, cash receipt and disbursement, fee calculations, and monitoring. The position requires collaboration with internal teams, external custodians, clients, and vendors to ensure accurate documentation and smooth transaction processing.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close client accounts, ensuring all documentation requirements are met.
  • Process cash receipts, disbursements, and income/expenses accurately.
  • Calculate, process, and monitor client account fees and charges.
  • Coordinate with line of business team members, external custodians, clients, and vendors to obtain necessary documentation.
  • Support daily processing and resolve related issues promptly, providing excellent customer service.
  • Work directly with team members on support for Trust account processing and inquiries.
  • Identify and recommend solutions for exception processing to improve efficiency.
  • Serve as a backup for other operational tasks within the wealth management group.
  • Proactively collaborate with team members to improve workflows and resolve complex issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications

  • An Associate''s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the securities or wealth management industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across different stages of completion.
  • Proficiency in using financial processing software and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with account management, cash processing, and fee monitoring preferred.
  • Availability to work on-site in Tulsa, OK.

Publishing Pay Range: $28.00 - $31.64 hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
