Title : Senior - Business Analyst Location:- Raleigh, NC - Hybrid Duration :- 12-Months Contract

MUST HAVE strong knowledge of health information exchange (HIE), EHR/EMR systems, and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR). INTEWRVIEW WILL BE IN-PERSON.

Key Responsibilities:

Provider Engagement & Technical Integration

• Act as a strategic consultant to the Business Relations Team, providing expert guidance on

provider onboarding, data connections, and workflow alignment with health information

exchange (HIE) systems.

• Support healthcare providers throughout the full lifecycle of onboarding from initial outreach

through integration, testing, training, and go-live support.

• Communicate technical concepts and requirements clearly to clinical and administrative

stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

• Serve as a liaison between providers, internal teams, and technical vendors to troubleshoot

issues and ensure data is transmitted accurately and securely.

• Contribute to the development of training materials, job aids, and user guides that improve

provider understanding and confidence in HIE processes.

CRM Platform Optimization & Data Management

• Work with the Business Relations Team to optimize use of the organization s CRM platform,

ensuring accurate tracking of provider status, engagement activity, training, and connection

milestones.

• Configure and enhance CRM fields, workflows, and dashboards to support operational efficiency

and data visibility.

• Lead or support data quality initiatives, including routine audits, updates, and deduplication

efforts within the CRM system.

• Establish and maintain best practices for administrative data capture and documentation related

to provider engagement activities.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop reports, performance metrics, and data insights that

inform strategy and decision-making.
