We are seeking a hands-on Unified Communications/Telecommunications Engineer to support an enterprise contact center environment. The role focuses on Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, Azure, voice/IVR, telephony integrations, and contact center operations.

• Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Contact Center

• Voice routing, IVR, SIP/SBC & telephony integrations

• Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio & Dataverse

• Azure Communication Services, Logic Apps & Function Apps

• Azure Key Vault, Application Insights & Azure DevOps

• Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse integration & Lakehouses

• Azure Data Factory & Blob Storage

• API integrations, monitoring, troubleshooting & production support

• Strong experience with enterprise contact center environments

Preferred: Experience with Decagon, Pipkins, SBC trunking, call-flow orchestration, and Dynamics 365 context handoff.
