Compensation:
Pay Range: $58.80-$84.00 Per HR

Job Summary:
• We are seeking a dedicated consultant to join our team on a contract basis in NYC.
• The role involves designing and delivering integration and reporting solutions within human capital management systems.
• The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless data exchanges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop integrations using various tools and methodologies.
• Build and manage complex data integrations across HR and Finance domains.
• Create and maintain reports to support integration processes.
• Monitor and resolve integration errors and issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and security.

Qualifications:
• 3–7 years of experience in integrations and reporting within similar systems.
• Proven experience with various integration tools and technologies.
• Broad functional knowledge in key human capital management areas.
• Experience in developing advanced reports and analytics.
• Strong skills in data querying and transformation.
