Location: Charlotte, NC, Iselin, NJ & MC Lean VA (hybrid 3 days onsite)

Must Haves





4+ years software engineering experience in Python.

Expertise in RPA tools such as UI path

Expertise in Workflow automation tools such as Power Platform

Hands?on experience building production GenAI/LLM applications (RAG, agents, automation).

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Agent Builder, or LlamaIndex.

Solid understanding of cloud deployment (Google Cloud Platform preferred) plus Kubernetes or Azure familiarity.

Background in retrieval systems, embeddings, chunking, and evaluation metrics (e.g., RAGAS).

Expertise in CI/CD, testing, security best practices, and enterprise engineering fundamentals.

IA Knowledge





Automation Engineer ( UiPath and Power Platform) : RPA, Agentic AI, Power Platform with , MCP , A2s, Lang chain and Lang graph.



Team is building a massive, Multi-Agentic AI Platform designed to serve as the central decision engine for an organization of 10k-60k employees.
