Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design, build, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, BI leadership, and technical teams to deliver scalable, governed self-service reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and scoping sessions with business stakeholders
Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and unified data models
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and audit readiness
Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Domo, and Microsoft Fabric
Develop semantic models, star schemas, and performant DAX measures
Support BI deployment across Dev/Test/Prod using Azure DevOps
Partner with IT, engineering, and BI teams on integrations and optimization
Document data lineage, definitions, standards, and reporting best practices

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
Strong T-SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Domo
Experience with ETL tools (Azure Data Factory, Domo Workbench, or similar)
Solid understanding of data modeling, governance, and reporting standards
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Fabric
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 or other operational systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
BI or data-related certifications
