Full Stack Java Developer (W-2 Contract)

Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer ( W-2 Contract ) Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 12 months
Job Description :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and support event-driven solutions using Kafka.
• Develop and maintain APIs for enterprise applications.
• Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve engineering productivity and solution capabilities.
• Ensure application reliability, security, and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java (Java 17/21 preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and REST API development.
• Experience designing and developing Microservices-based architectures.
• Demonstrated experience on at least three of the following key services: Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Document Intelligence, Azure AI Search, Vertex AI, Document AI, LLMs, etc.

Desired Qualifications:
Experience with AI/Generative AI solutions, including :

• Integration with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Copilot, etc.)
• AI-powered application development and automation.
• Prompt engineering and AI-assisted software development
