Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Spring, TX that is seeking a NPI Creative Lead for Displays.

Responsibilities:
* Plan the strategy for product launches, defining the best timing and identifying companion products within the company's ecosystem 12+ months in advance
* Manage and meet daily deadlines and verify content accuracy to ensure marketing assets are delivered on time and accurately to sales teams prior to launch
* Understand a product's value proposition, key benefits, and differentiating features and formulate a narrative to convey the full customer experience
* Simplify complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-grasp experiences instead of features/specs to enable sales teams to educate our partners in an exciting and compelling way
* Think out-of-the-box to create engaging training materials for sales team and channel partners about our products
* Work with worldwide marketing and PR teams to ensure proper integration of NPI content into greater ecosystem press releases, photoshoots, videos, campaigns
* Work closely with Product Managers to thoroughly understand the products and create experience-based narratives and engaging sales training materials
* Communicate proactively daily with key stakeholders, including market category leads, sales, product managers, Displays management
* Manage budget and prioritize business needs
* Collaborates with multiple stakeholders across different time zones in a hybrid work environment

REQUIREMENTS:
* BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, or Business; Master's degree preferred
* 5+ years of experience in product marketing preferred
* 5+ years of experience in managing and adhering to go-to-market timelines for multiple product launches, meeting strict deadlines, and creating captivating marketing and sales collateral; High-tech industry is a plus
* You thrive in a team environment, are driven, adapt quickly to change, self-starter, creative, seek solutions-focused results, bring a positive -can do- attitude
* Avid storyteller - Ability to create and communicate customer-centric messages and experiences about Displays and ecosystems
* Ability to engage and persuade technical and non-technical audiences including sales teams, customers, management, press/media
* Enthusiastic learner - Propensity to learn about new products and technical features quickly
* Experience in product marketing or working with commercial products preferred
* Vendor and agency management a must
* Event planning and coordination (internal/external/virtual) a must
* Excellent visual communication, presentation and writing skills with emphasis on technology
* Expertise in MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and MS Office applications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
