We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can lead delivery while staying close to the technology. This role is not hands-on coding, but requires strong technical understanding of Java and guide engineering teams.
Lead delivery of cloud-native, microservices-based applications while maintaining hands-on technical involvement, including code reviews and design validation. This role blends project leadership with strong engineering depth across Java/Spring Boot ecosystems and modern DevOps practices.
Prior experience or background or Technical understanding of Java / Spring Boot / Microservices
Agile project delivery & stakeholder management
Experience with Cloud (AWS) & CI/CD pipelines
experience with Claude or similar AI tools
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
Lead sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination
Coordinate across development, QA, and DevOps teams to remove blockers
Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
Support cloud-based delivery across AWS environments
Encourage use of modern tools, including AI-assisted development, to improve team productivity
