Job Title: Supply Chain Program Manager
Location: Hybrid to Atlanta, GA (3 days onsite requirement)
Duration: 8+ Months with possibility of extension
Pay range: $110-120 on hourly basis
Project Overview:
As a Program Manager, you independently manage the full lifecycle of programs which may reach beyond your immediate team. You drive, organize, and manage program activities that drive business outcomes while developing systems to proactively identify improvements and drive future optimizations including change management and performance metrics. You define and address undefined cross-functional challenges independently using program management methodologies to monitor and manage programs and stakeholders. You use independent judgment to adjust programs effectively while navigating changing circumstances. You understand and manage the expectations of cross-functional stakeholders. You have proficient knowledge of the domain of your program.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end program execution for supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and performance metrics
Develop structured project plans, track deliverables, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, streamline workflows, and support decision-making
Maintain clear and consistent program communications, including status reports, updates, and executive-ready content
Support content and documentation needs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accessibility across program materials
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data and identifying optimization opportunities
Qualification:
Min 4-5 years of experience.
Experience in Supply Chain Operations.
Any experience in Data Center will be preferred.
