Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tech Lead
Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ months contract
Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tech Lead to lead the design, development, customization, integration, and delivery of enterprise CRM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and perform gap-fit analysis
- Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Develop plug-ins, workflows, business process flows, and custom integrations
- Build integrations with enterprise applications and cloud/on-prem systems
- Lead data migration activities
- Develop and maintain CRM reports
- Ensure security, performance, and deployment best practices
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, entities, workflows, and business process flows
- Expertise in Plug-ins, Custom Workflow Activities, Web Resources, and CRM Web API
- Strong development experience with .NET, C#, WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server
- Experience with JavaScript, REST/OData APIs, and CRM integrations
- Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP systems, SharePoint, Office 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications
- Experience with data migration using SSIS, Scribe, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of CRM Security Model and role-based security
- Experience developing OOB and SSRS reports
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with NServiceBus or similar messaging frameworks
- Experience with Dynamics CRM 2013/2015
- Functional knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules
