Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead revenue growth for a rapidly expanding Salesforce Practice. This role focuses on new business acquisition, enterprise account expansion, and driving large transformation deals across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consultative selling, Salesforce solutions, and enterprise deal closures, along with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and alliance partners to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth, sales pipeline, and bookings for the Salesforce practice

  • Lead new client acquisition and expand existing enterprise accounts

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including deal structuring and negotiations

  • Build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning Salesforce solutions

  • Work closely with partners and alliances to generate new business opportunities

  • Represent the organization in industry events and client engagements

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in IT services sales

  • Strong background in Salesforce-related sales or consulting services

  • Proven ability to close large enterprise deals

  • Experience with consulting, implementation, or managed services sales

  • Exposure to industries like Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Financial Services, Life Sciences, etc.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
