This role offers the opportunity to join a SaaS/cloud-first, innovative, and fast-paced technology team within client Corporate Technology, supporting Workday Integration Team. Support and improve enterprise HR technology platforms, with a strong focus on Workday integrations, AWS-based services, and payroll/benefits systems. This role will drive delivery across critical initiatives including compensation, payroll, recruiting, talent management, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring platform stability, scalability, and engineering excellence.
As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand key business drivers and requirements, going beyond simply gathering requirements to fully understand the "why" behind them. You will collaborate with development teams and technology partners to translate these needs into well-defined user stories and scalable system solutions that drive high-quality, timely delivery.
qualifications:
4-6 plus years of experience as a System Analyst supporting complex technology solutions
A bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field
Solid experience in requirements analysis, backlog management, and Agile delivery practices
Understanding of enterprise platforms, including Workday integrations, AWS-based services, and payroll/benefits systems.
