Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Project Coordinator for an Onsite position with a Major Utility Company located in Wheatfield, IN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role will support a large-scale, heavy industrial construction project from the designated field assignment. The successful candidate will provide on-site project oversight, ensuring contract adherence for performance, cost, scope, schedule, and quality. This position involves close collaboration with the construction management team to monitor progress, manage project documentation, and control job costs.
Responsibilities: - Provide oversight and determine contract adherence for performance, cost, scope, schedule, and quality
- Routinely monitor contract performance to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and key milestones are met
- Support on-site construction management team for field execution and inspect construction site to monitor progress
- Supervise and coordinate submittal process and working drawings requirements
- Maintain and update project schedules and understand cost and productivity data
- Analyze, prepare, maintain and monitor job costs, and work with the construction management team to control budgets
- Prepare and audit accurate and timely monthly cost, income, and cash flow projections
- Coordinate and price commercial tasks, such as change orders and claims
- Prepare quality control procedures and perform activities such as audits and liaising with stakeholders on quality matters
- Prepare and maintain agendas, meeting minutes, and action item logs
- Assist in drafting RFI and Client responses and support logistics for materials and equipment
Requirements: - Construction Management Degree (B.S) or similar (Engineering) preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in a related field
- Experience with large complex projects that consist of a combination of internal/external and labor/non-labor cost components
- Experience building combined cycle or simple cycle power plants
- Experience building or managing heavy industrial work
- General Contracting experience
- Experience with multiple disciplines and knowledge related to civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, etc
- Ability to interpret, understand and execute assigned duties utilizing technical specifications and design drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay range:
