Summary

Must-Have Technical Skills:

  1. SAP IBP Supply Planning & Time-Series Optimization
    • Hands-on experience with IBP Time-Series LP/MILP Supply Optimizer.
    • Optimizer configuration, penalty costs, capacity constraints and quota handling.
    • Subnetwork decoupling and multi-echelon supply network planning.
    • Master data and Key Figure architecture.
  2. SAP S/4HANA MRP & Supply Chain Integration
    • Strong experience with MRP Live (MD01N) and Classic MRP.
    • Lot sizing, MRP controllers, STOs and safety stock.
    • SAP IBP integration with S/4HANA using CI-DS and RTI.
    • Integration of planned orders, purchase requisitions and production orders.
  3. SAP Embedded PP/DS & Detailed Scheduling
    • Production scheduling heuristics (SAP_PP_002, SAP_PP_003, SAP_DS_01).
    • Detailed Scheduling Planning Board and Resource Gantt charts.
    • Finite capacity scheduling and setup matrix optimization.
    • PDS transfer, resource modeling and capacity management.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • SAP Manufacturing (PP) integration.
  • Order-to-Cash (SD/ATP) integration.
  • Backorder Processing (BOP/aATP) and Stock Transport Orders (STOs).
  • Experience leading Build, SIT, UAT, cutover and defect resolution.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong hands-on technical and functional expertise.
  • Ability to independently drive implementation activities.
  • Must be capable of hitting the ground running and driving accountability.
