What will your day look like?
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will:
• Review, analyze, and maintain existing project requirements, process documentation, and business artifacts
• Partner with business stakeholders and project teams to gather updates, clarify requirements, and identify gaps
• Refine and update business requirements as project needs evolve through testing and implementation phases
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and supporting documentation
• Update and maintain process maps, workflows, and business process documentation
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements that support project objectives
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure business requirements remain aligned with project goals
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by incorporating findings and feedback into project documentation
• Assist with implementation activities by ensuring documentation remains current and accurate
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders
• Help manage changing requirements and priorities in a dynamic project environment
• Support business process improvement initiatives and drive consistency across documentation and workflows
You will be a good fit for this role if you have:
• Strong Business Systems Analyst experience supporting complex business and technology initiatives
• Experience gathering, documenting, refining, and managing business requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience maintaining and updating requirements throughout an active project lifecycle
• Strong process mapping, workflow documentation, and business process analysis experience
• Ability to review existing documentation and quickly become productive on projects already in progress
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts and incorporating testing feedback into requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in evolving environments where requirements and priorities may change
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams
• Bachelor''''s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience with subscription management platforms
• Experience supporting subscription billing transformations
• Knowledge of payments, invoicing, billing, or order-to-cash processes
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models
• Experience supporting business process improvement initiatives
• Exposure to payment processing systems or financial transaction workflows
• Experience working with platforms such as subscription billing, account management, or payment management solutions
• Background in veterinary, healthcare, life sciences, or related industries
• Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones
