Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SAP Activate methodologies. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects in a dynamic environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end to end project lifecycle using SAP Activate methodology.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Facilitate project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP Activate Project Management.
• Proven ability to manage large scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience, with a focus on SAP projects.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage competing priorities.
