Key Responsibilities - Lead the ASR Program Delivery team, establishing delivery standards, operating rhythms, reporting practices, and execution expectations across all ASR workstreams.
- Own portfolio planning, milestone tracking, risk and dependency management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure delivery predictability and transparency.
- Maintain a centralized risk/dependency register and proactively drive mitigation, escalation, and decision-readiness for senior leaders.
- Produce high-quality dashboards, leadership reporting, OKRs, and performance insights that reflect the health, impact, and velocity of ASR initiatives.
- Operate the ASR Leadership Team cadence-including agendas, decision logs, materials, and action tracking-to ensure alignment and execution follow-through.
- Partner closely with Security Readiness, AppSec Modernization, Threat Modeling & Validation, EASM, and Vulnerability Management to synchronize plans and reduce friction across workstreams.
- Support the Head of ASR as a strategic integrator-shaping messaging, synthesizing insights, preparing executive materials, and ensuring readiness for key forums and engagements.
- Drive adoption of governance models, delivery controls, documentation standards, and process improvements that elevate execution maturity across ASR.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate delivery processes, improving efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the ASR operating model.
- Foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement while coaching and developing program delivery personnel.
Qualifications Deep experience (typically 7-10+ years) in technical program delivery, cybersecurity program management, or large-scale technology execution leadership.
Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving complex, multi-workstream portfolios.
Strong command of delivery governance, portfolio management, risk/dependency management, and KPIs/OKR frameworks.
Exceptional executive communication, synthesis, and storytelling capabilities.
Ability to operate with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of autonomy.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, not just authority, in matrixed or federated organizations.
Experience in cybersecurity domains-security readiness, vulnerability management, threat modeling, appsec, or similar-is beneficial but not required.
