A successful Manager, ASR Program Delivery:
  • Creates clarity where ambiguity exists and brings order to complexity.
  • Ensures ASR programs deliver predictable results with high transparency.
  • Strengthens alignment across leadership and accelerates decision-making.
  • Elevates operational discipline and governance maturity across ASR.
  • Builds a high-performing delivery organization that scales with ASR's growing mission.
  • Enables the Head of ASR and ASR Leadership Team to operate at maximum strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the ASR Program Delivery team, establishing delivery standards, operating rhythms, reporting practices, and execution expectations across all ASR workstreams.
  • Own portfolio planning, milestone tracking, risk and dependency management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure delivery predictability and transparency.
  • Maintain a centralized risk/dependency register and proactively drive mitigation, escalation, and decision-readiness for senior leaders.
  • Produce high-quality dashboards, leadership reporting, OKRs, and performance insights that reflect the health, impact, and velocity of ASR initiatives.
  • Operate the ASR Leadership Team cadence-including agendas, decision logs, materials, and action tracking-to ensure alignment and execution follow-through.
  • Partner closely with Security Readiness, AppSec Modernization, Threat Modeling & Validation, EASM, and Vulnerability Management to synchronize plans and reduce friction across workstreams.
  • Support the Head of ASR as a strategic integrator-shaping messaging, synthesizing insights, preparing executive materials, and ensuring readiness for key forums and engagements.
  • Drive adoption of governance models, delivery controls, documentation standards, and process improvements that elevate execution maturity across ASR.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate delivery processes, improving efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the ASR operating model.
  • Foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement while coaching and developing program delivery personnel.

Qualifications

Deep experience (typically 7-10+ years) in technical program delivery, cybersecurity program management, or large-scale technology execution leadership.

Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving complex, multi-workstream portfolios.

Strong command of delivery governance, portfolio management, risk/dependency management, and KPIs/OKR frameworks.

Exceptional executive communication, synthesis, and storytelling capabilities.

Ability to operate with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of autonomy.

Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, not just authority, in matrixed or federated organizations.

Experience in cybersecurity domains-security readiness, vulnerability management, threat modeling, appsec, or similar-is beneficial but not required.
