We are on the hunt for a driven, self-motivated, and resilient Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic, 100% remote team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, where you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base. You will be at the forefront of our business, representing our brand to potential clients and using your expertise in sales to secure deals.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage your sales territory, identifying potential business opportunities and securing new clients.
- Utilize your 'hunter' mentality to prospect, pitch, and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding your sales quota.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, leveraging this knowledge to stay ahead in the market.
- Participate in sales team meetings and training sessions, continually developing your sales skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and deals closed.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, self-directed environment.
- Proven experience in prospecting, territory sales, lead generation, B2B sales, account management, meeting quotas, and cold calling.
- Strong 'hunter' mentality, with a proven track record of securing business deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong business relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools, as well as basic computer software such as Microsoft Office.
- A positive, can-do attitude, with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
