RF Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an RF Engineer in Utah Valley, UT.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer to support the design, development, and testing of advanced RF systems. This position focuses on RF circuitry, frequency conversion, signal chain design, and hands-on lab validation. The ideal candidate is a strong circuit designer with practical experience taking RF designs from concept through testing and deployment.

Responsibilities:
* Design and develop RF circuits and frequency conversion chains
* Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection
* Simulate, test, tune, and validate RF designs
* Support prototype development and product enhancements
* Conduct lab testing and performance analysis of RF systems
* Collaborate with hardware, systems, and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong RF engineering background with hands-on circuit design experience
* Experience with upconversion and downconversion circuits
* Schematic capture and PCB layout experience
* Hands-on RF lab testing, tuning, and circuit validation experience
* Experience with circuit simulation tools such as LTSpice
* Expertise with RF signal chains, mixers, PLLs, and oscillators

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
