Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Core Developer to join a large-scale application modernization initiative. The selected candidate will play a key role in migrating multiple client-facing and internal enterprise applications from legacy platforms to .NET Core. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-impact digital transformation project within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong backend development expertise, cloud experience, and exposure to modern software development practices. Experience in the Insurance or FinTech industry is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using C#.
Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core development.
Experience working with large-scale, complex codebases and enterprise applications.
Cloud platform experience, preferably AWS (Azure or Google Cloud Platform experience will also be considered).
Knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
Strong understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability and willingness to work onsite 5 days per week in Carrollton, TX.

Responsibilities

Participate in the migration of legacy applications to modern .NET Core architecture.
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Contribute to cloud adoption initiatives and deployment automation.
Support code reviews, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
