large-scale enterprise ERP consolidation initiative spanning multiple independently operated business units. The organization is migrating all business units into a
single, unified ERP and digital platform ecosystem, and this role is a critical contributor to that effort.
The BSA will work hands-on across both the
core ERP migration and several
dependent initiatives, including product data structure changes, data mapping, dataset creation, validation, and testing. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and senior analysts in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements.
What You'll Be Working On- Enterprise-wide ERP consolidation across multiple business units
- Parallel and dependent initiatives, including:
- Product and master data structure updates
- Data mapping and dataset creation
- Validation and testing coordination
- System configuration and deployment support
- Integration across ERP, PIM/PXM, DAM, and related digital platforms
- Cross-functional collaboration with product development, marketing, operations, and technology teams
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements
- Review and refresh existing requirements, including those authored earlier in the program lifecycle
- Document current-state business processes and identify gaps or improvement opportunities
- Analyze both technical and non-technical factors, including workflows, roles, policies, and operational impacts
- Support demand management and business case documentation efforts
ERP & Digital Platform Support- Support implementation and configuration of ERP, PIM/PXM, DAM, and related platforms
- Assist with defining and maintaining product data structures, mappings, and datasets
- Ensure alignment with architectural standards, data governance, and usability requirements
- Maintain configuration documentation and obtain stakeholder approvals
- Plan and execute configuration activities within defined timelines
Data, Testing & Quality- Perform hands-on data mapping, validation, and data structure analysis
- Define, execute, and validate unit and functional test cases
- Coordinate testing activities and support defect resolution
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues as an advanced support resource
Collaboration & Communication- Work closely with senior BSAs, product owners, architects, developers, and business stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional working sessions
- Clearly communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support system demonstrations, training sessions, and training content reviews as needed
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a closely related role
- Experience from manufacturing, product lifecycle, or product development environments is highly transferable
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or similar)
- Experience with PIM/PXM platforms (e.g., Salsify or equivalent tools)
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, data flows, and digital systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience working in Agile environments on large, complex initiatives
Nice-to-Have Experience- JIRA and Confluence
- GS1/UPC management, regulatory data, or product lifecycle data
- DAM or PLM platforms
- Large datasets, complex product catalogs, or data migration initiatives

Work Schedule- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time
- Candidates may be located in other time zones but must work EST hours
- Pacific Time candidates must be comfortable starting as early as 6:00 AM PT
