Ping Administrator

Role: Ping Administrator

Location: Remote

Role Summary:

·         Looking for an experienced Ping Administrator to manage and support enterprise identity and access management solutions using the Ping Identity platform

·         Strong hands-on expertise with Ping Identity products and exposure to Azure Identity solutions is required

Identity & Access Management Responsibilities:

·         Administer and support Ping Identity platforms across enterprise environments

·         Manage authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO) integrations

·         Configure and maintain secure identity federation solutions

·         Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IAM infrastructure

Ping Identity Platform Administration:

·         Work hands-on with the following Ping Identity solutions:

·         PingID Administration

·         Ping Access

·         PingFederate

·         PingOne

·         PingOne DaVinci

·         Ping Directory

·         Ping Protect

·         Configure and troubleshoot identity integrations and access policies

·         Support MFA, adaptive authentication, and identity governance initiatives

Azure Identity & Security:

·         Exposure to Azure Identity setup and solutions

·         Support integrations with Azure Active Directory and cloud identity services

·         Assist with implementing secure access and identity management best practices

Security & Governance:

·         Implement identity security controls and access management policies

·         Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and governance practices

·         Monitor and troubleshoot authentication and access-related issues

Solution Support & Collaboration:

·         Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams for IAM integrations

·         Provide technical support and guidance for identity and access management solutions

·         Participate in deployment, migration, and upgrade activities related to Ping platforms

Preferred Skills:

·         Strong understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and MFA concepts

·         Experience with enterprise IAM architecture and federation solutions

·         Knowledge of cloud-based identity and access management practices

·         Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments

Nice to Have:

·         Experience with automation or scripting for IAM administration

·         Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD integration with IAM solutions

·         Familiarity with security monitoring and compliance frameworks

·         Understanding of hybrid cloud identity environments
