eCommerce Business Intelligence Analyst

BravoTech a leader in IT staffing and staff augmentation services, seeks a data-driven and strategic eCommerce Business Intelligence Analyst to join a growing eCommerce team.
This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating complex website behavioral and transactional data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, optimize customer experience, and improve conversion performance.
The ideal candidate will own analytics requests for the eCommerce team, develop dashboards and reporting standards, identify friction points in the customer journey, and provide analytical support for A/B testing and optimization initiatives. This individual must be comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting insights to executive leadership.

• Analyze user behavior, navigation patterns, page performance, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend improvements to increase conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Summarize website behavioral and transactional reports for executives, managers, and stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven insights to increase overall site conversion, revenue, and profitability.
• Establish and maintain dashboard and reporting standards for the entire eCommerce team focused on KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, bounce rate, etc.).
• Own and prioritize analytics requests across the eCommerce organization.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards.
• Manage the strategic direction of all site tagging.
• Partner with Development and QA teams to ensure tagging accuracy and data integrity.
• Diagnose, report, track, and resolve data quality issues.
• Play a pivotal role in the site A/B testing strategy and subsequent analysis.
• Provide analytical support to the Optimization Analyst.
• Measure and interpret test results, translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, UX, and Finance teams to deliver insights aligned with their objectives.
• Collaborate with teams analyzing store performance, finance, merchandise planning, and logistics to ensure insights drive maximum business impact.
• Educate stakeholders in web analytics and promote a self-service reporting culture.

• Present findings and opportunities to both peers and executive leadership.
• 3+ years of relevant web analytics experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Analytics and tagging strategy.
• Experience with Adobe Launch or DTM preferred.
• Retail or eCommerce analytics experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving mindset with experience diagnosing and resolving data quality issues.

• Knowledge of digital marketing initiatives (Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates, Display).
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Adobe Analytics
• Working knowledge of SQL, R, or Python.
