Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Federal Financial Advisor with strong Project Management Office (PMO) and strategy expertise to support senior leadership within a federal government environment. The ideal candidate will combine Oracle Federal Financials knowledge with project leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on Oracle Federal Financials programs and initiatives. Manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications. Oversee System Integrator (SI) activities and monitor project deliverables. Establish PMO governance, status reporting, dashboards, and executive briefings. Translate business and financial requirements into functional and technical solutions. Review solution designs, integrations, testing strategies, and deployment plans. Coordinate with business, finance, technology, and vendor teams. Support change management, operational readiness, and program transitions. Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations. Required Skills amp; Experience Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Federal Financials. Strong understanding of Federal Financial Management processes. Proven experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams. Experience managing System Integrators and implementation partners. Strong PMO, governance, risk management, and delivery oversight experience. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting HHS or other Federal Government agencies. Experience in financial systems modernization programs. PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification. Oracle Certifications.
