Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with 12+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in designing, implementing, automating, and managing enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) while ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and operational excellence across cloud-native environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Build, automate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application deployment across multiple environments.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS) and containerized workloads using Docker.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployments using Ansible.
• Implement GitOps methodologies using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Datadog, or Splunk.
• Collaborate closely with software development, QA, security, and operations teams to streamline release processes.
• Design disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies.
• Implement cloud security best practices, IAM policies, encryption, and compliance standards.
• Optimize cloud costs through resource monitoring and right-sizing.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Implement blue-green, rolling, and canary deployment strategies.
• Configure API gateways, load balancers, DNS, SSL certificates, and networking components.
• Support production releases and maintain high system availability.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote DevOps best practices across teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in Linux system administration.
• Strong scripting experience using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts including VPC, VPN, Load Balancers, Route53, DNS, Firewalls, NAT Gateway, Security Groups, and NACLs.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
